Exactly. Put in writing that you are ready and willing to return to office but not going to get an experimental vaccine. Force them to choose to allow you back without getting vaxed, allow you to work remotely, or terminate your employment. You then have grounds for legal action for unfair and arbitrary termination. If enough employees who are valuable and necessary do this they will have to back down, eventually.
