Was reading…..think it was a CBC article…about opening the Canada/US border. It seems that, sometime in the past 2 weeks, True-Dope and the ugly one (Theresa Tam) quietly moved the goalposts again and no one noticed. Used to be “we will consider re-opening the border when 75% of Canadians have had their first shot and 20% their second”
Suddenly, it’s “we have to have 75% of Canadians fully vaxxed before we will even entertain opening the border”
Needless to say I’ve been in meltdown mode all afternoon. I suppose it didn’t help that I read some of the snowflake comments agreeing with this latest governmental trashing of our basic rights
So, did I misinterpret things or has anyone else read same? There is no f***ing way they are going to get 75% of the populace to go along with this. Granted there are far more stupid people (sheeple) in Canada than in any other country, but I didn’t think it was as high as 75%.
The Trudeau administration, along with the help of Facebook, twitter, and google, have done an excellent job of terrorizing the people.
All the vaxxed Canadians that I know have already stepped up for a second helping. They think I am the crazy one.
Anyway, as far as I know you can fly out of Canada. And you can fly in – unless you are a returning Canadian. In that case you must spent two weeks
in the Trudeau Hotel, whether you are ill or not – imprisoned at your own expense.
They obviously do not want us travelling and burning fuel or moving to greener pastures. Wait till fall cold and flu season for the next lockdown. Why stop now ??? Maybe they will tie the vax to our drivers licence. Vax passports already in the works. What will the travel insurance industry going to do with all of this rhetoric. One big friggin’ mess to wade thru.
