Here is a challenge to all you chart experts out there to break up the “almost summer doldrums” that seem to have set in. Below is a chart of IBM. I can make a case for it to break out either to the upside or downside. What say you? I will reveal my take later today.(Lets hope the stock plays along and stays quiet for at least one more day)
