But when you do the math the ABSOLUTE Risk Reduction is 1%
You have to factor in your chances of a…getting a possitive test and b….having symptoms if you do.
99 people out of 100 get NO benefit and all the risk
Gawd. The commenters on some of these news clips make me want to scream in anger. “Get the vaccine as soon as it’s your turn” “It’s a responsibility we all have to get our communities safer and healthier”. I could just throw up. Christ these people are stupid.
Let’s see how much “crying with relief” and cheering they are doing when the vaccine side effects hit them.
4 days of mass vaccination coming to our small ski town the week of May 3. I shudder to think of how many times we are going to get asked “did you get your vaccine?” Am prepared to use the excellent bitingly sarcastic answer given by a fellow forum-ite yesterday.
Definitely pitting fellow citizens against each other. I can just hear it; I’ll complain about travel restrictions and a Covidiot will say “well it’s all your fault because you didn’t obey the government and take your vaccine”.

Most who get the vax will still live in fear. Scare them more in conversation and tell them you have many friends in icu with the covid. Might as well have some fun with them. lol
