As I have mentioned before, the HUI will have an opportunity to break through cloud resistance in the first week of March (see 1st blue boxed region below).  If it is rejected or fails to break through there, the next window of opportunity would come in the penultimate week of March.

I have to say, if the HUI manages to break above 300 in the first week of March (i.e., it manages to break above the cloud), it will be absolutely amazing.
