A few weeks ago Plunger mentioned Scorpio Tankers. I took a look at the chart and it looked interesting so I picked up a few shares at 12.50. Just for the heck of it. Figured if I could get a large 2 topping pizza with extra mozzarella out of the trade then it’d be worth the risk. Scorpio had a good day today.
Oh, right. Crude demand is falling, but producers can’t readily stop the flow.
With land based storage filling up producers need to find some place to store their crude.
Enter the sidelined crude tankers. Good call on Plunger’s part.
