EU farmers protesting the free trade Mercosur agreement are being met with force in Brussels…

As the EU moves to crush protesting farmers demonstrating in Brussels, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán offered full backing to the farmers and their efforts to stop the EU’s Mercosur free trade deal, which threatens to destroy food security in Europe.

“Farmers are 100 percent right,” said Orbán, who is currently in Brussels attending the EU Summit. He added that the farmers have obvious issues with the Mercosur package, a free trade agreement with Latin American countries, because it “kills the farmers.” He also said that another problem for farmers is the Green Deal, which leads to expensive overregulation in agricultural work in such a way that it represents a serious cost and competitive disadvantage for European food producers.

Ukraine is hailing a “new, unprecedented special operation” after a Russia-linked oil tanker was attacked off the coast of Libya. Needless to say these waters are very distant from anywhere Ukraine operates in the war with Moscow forces. Officials within the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are being quoted in international reports as saying the SBU deployed a drone in the Mediterranean which struck a so-called “shadow fleet” tanker used by Russia.

A five-years-too-late admission that Georgia illegally certified 315,000 ballots in the 2020 election, handing Joe Biden a “win” by just 11,779 votes, is not a small detail. It is a historic breach of democratic accountability. The fact that President Trump eventually won reelection does not erase what was done. He was vilified, canceled, and relentlessly prosecuted for stating what has now been acknowledged as true all along.
