- 27 years of silence: By law, HHS must file biennial reports to Congress on vaccine safety efforts. Not a single report has been issued since 1998.
- Constitutional violations: The suit charges the CDC with violating the First Amendment (silencing dissenting doctors), the Fifth Amendment (due process & bodily integrity), and the Administrative Procedure Act (arbitrary and capricious rulemaking).

These 2 Doctors are unsung heros…Never even heard of them
I am speculating here but why did they wait this long ?
Maybe they know the present Trump CDC and FDA would not put up a fight and after discovery where their case is proven the judgement will go their way thus creating a precedent for the future
Dr. Meryl Nass was all over this lawsuit about how wonderful it is that it is finally happening. Both doctors (as I read) were sanctioned by their medical boards. Maybe they waited until the wind had shifted to make a victory even remotely possible via a corrupted judicial system???
