       left supraclav node 4.4×3.5cm SUV 22.3 to 3.9×3.0cm SUV14.2 (35% reduction)
       rt supraclav node 2.4×2.0cm SUV 19.8 to 1.7×1.5cm SUV10.8 (60% reduction)
       multiple paratracheal and hilar lymph nodes have resolved
       LLL lung nodule resolved
       ?? lt lateral supraclav node 7x5mm SV 5.3 to 1.4×1.2cm SUV 11.8 (inflammatory?)
       3. Guardant360: cfDNA drop 60% from 0.9% to 0.4%
       This is an excellent response to therapy !!
       Why the switch from Fenbendazole to Mebendazole?
       Mebendazole crosses the Blood Brain Barrier better so the goal was to attack the brain metastases

   It was a post by our relentless kewl2 in the late weeks of June this year that alerted me to the Joe Tippens Protocol.
   You, Fully, among few others know of my take down with the most aggressive prostate cancer, Adenocarcinoma, and the resulting metastasis to the bone. When all the tests were completed I learned that the cancer had spread and was endemic in my femur, pelvis, spine, clavicle, ribs, sternum, and skull. My doctors – urologist and oncologist – are adamant they could slow the progress of the disease (It was already stage 4) but they could not save my life.

   I was scrambling to source a supply of Fenbendazole, and out of the clear blue sky, fellow Tenter and friend Columbia arrived with a generous gift of both Fenbendazole and Ivermectin (I can never thank you enough, Columbia). Meanwhile, My oncologist prescribed and provided an initial first month supply of treatment consisting of Abiraterone and Dexamethasone. An internet search on these drugs revealed how abhorrently toxic they are – I decided not to take them. On a follow up visit to my oncologist I returned them unused, much to the dismay of the doctor. I sourced a supply of Fenbendazole and Ivermectin from a Veterinary Supply near Vancouver.

   What is especially important to me about todays post, “New Cancer Treatment Protocol” is the detailed information on dosage. I have been on the protocol since the end of June, early July – so two and a half months. I find Dr. Makis’ dosage levels make me loopy, too intoxicated to drive a car or operate machinery. Careful experimentation and monitoring of results is ongoing. Right now I seem to tolerate 750 mg Fenbendazole per day, with one day (Sunday) designated a med free day – a chance for my liver to catch up. As for Ivermectin, I a take 30 mg/day five days /week.

   My oncologist ran some Oncopanel Based Testing (blood tests). Apparently I have “Tier 1 variants identified; Potential germline finding” This genetic variant predisposes me, my siblings and offspring to 80% chance of prostate cancer (or breast cancer in the case of female) that metastasis to the bone.
   Since 2019 I lost 2 siblings, both younger than I, to bone cancer. My father also died of bone cancer.

   During the first two months of the protocol there was no apparent improvement in my health. I continued to lose weight. Details and final instructions were passed on to my heirs. All my affairs are now in order.
   With the arrival of September changes in my condition surfaced. I feel better. Not good, just better. The right hip having been giving me grief, fell silent. I have more a little more energy – not a lot more, but there is improvement.
   The future holds promise.
