The funds will be financed from the EU budget without seizing Russian assets.
The EU budget will eventually be blocked by the same group.

beautiful Women yes …and dramatic Histories . All of these Eastern European Countries have had their Borders redrawn multiple times in the not too distant past. Very Unstable area that way …constant wars
So why is it so hard to see a Place like Ukraine get it’s borders redrawn….its a constant drama there ….Unfortunately there are Many different cultures in one small area and they tend to hate each other and are at war more often than not
