Not sure if this is true but it is Compelling if it is and it might explain why the Venezuelans are falling in line and the Colombian President did an about face too
We may now be witnessing how the nano ingredients and graphene in the corona vaccines can be utilized during live action shooting wars when military forces have taken control of the neurological tools already implanted inside adversaries. Lets not forget that mind control was the leading goal among reasons for vaccinating their populations.
At one time we even had a coorespondant claiming that this had already been tested on Rwandans prior to their genocide and they subsequently and inexplicably turned on one another and hacked almost a million of their own population to death back in 1994. Imagine how surreal that must have been for a society not normally known for its violence.
My conclusion therefore is that this story related by Venezuelan forces is truethful in its recounting and that the US is indeed using modern weapons but that those weapon ingredients were installed in the soldiers all the way back in 2021 when the Covid vax was rolled out and everyone got innoculated for mind control purposes.

Yes thanks Kewl, I saw it twice already. For reference, the videos I have seen in the past that refer to the military aspects of vaccinations /nano/ chips and metals under the skin, were produced by DARPA who was the lead research on the subject.
