Her attorney Peter Ticktin makes a compelling case that the Presidential pardon power should, and does, indeed apply here.

The DOJ needs to formally open a case into the stolen 2020 election and then classify Tina Peters as a key witness and then immediately take her into custody as per the Federal supremacy clause.
If there is no warrant for federal supremacy in this case where a FEDERAL election was involved and the protagonist/criminal/heroine (use whatever term you want to call Tina) was ensuring that election records were retained in accordance with 52 U.S. Code § 20701 and the 2020 FEDERAL election then the supremacy clause has no validity in any case and the Constitution is worthless. She was fulfilling her obligation under law to retain these records!
POTUS should fire anyone/everyone involved including AG Bondi and Deputy AG Blanche if they do not get this done immediately. The ultimate responsibility is his, and personnel is policy. Thus, Trump administration policy is necessarily equivalent to the abandonment of American heroine Tina Peters.
The only thing missing in this case is that the DOJ has not formally raised and pushed issue(s) of federal jurisdiction. Meanwhile, Tina Peters was following FEDERAL law, as she was obligated to do in her elected role, requiring the retention of FEDERAL election records.
Once FEDERAL supremacy is established (it is a no-brainer in this case) then use whatever level of force is necessary to extract her to federal protection/custody immediately, no matter what Colorado officials say.

It should have been done long before now. Someone(s) at the DOJ have been foot-dragging and/or outright blocking the necessary actions. Tina’s attorney Peter Ticktin has overtly stated that it is Deputy AG Blanche who is that individual.
If this doesn’t become Trump’s ONLY concern until rectified, then he is a fraud and failure. Get on it as of YESTERDAY!
