Oil Price Update: Crude Prices Plunge 7.5% After Pathetic Iran Retaliation

It is becoming increasingly obvious that the remaining tatters of the Iranian Islamist regime is a paper tiger, and barely that. At midday Monday in the U.S., the Iranian military launched a volley of half a dozen or so missiles, targeting a large U.S. military base housed in Qatar, which sits directly across the Persian Gulf from Iran.

Reports indicate that all six missiles were easily intercepted and destroyed by Qatari air defense systems, and – get this – that the Iranian military coordinated its attack with the Qatari military in advance to basically ensure the missiles would not actually hit U.S. targets. This Iranian “retaliation,” it seems, was merely a sad effort by a collapsing government to fool the Iranian people to believe it is responding effectively
