What it Is Ain’t Exactly Clear
OK…this for My generation…40% of you are my guys.
And You all Know ( and so do those other wannabe generations) Our Generation was the most passionate , rebellious and we had the best music . Lots of good music since the late 60s /early 70s but NOTHING’s close !
Here’s an Anthem.
We were tired of getting screwed over then…… and here we are now 5 decades Later… getting collectively screwed over again. SEE Below !
We are older but still passionate …only now we do it from our phones and laptops…and its Gold Mining stocks ( and other minerals) we are passionate about…We are Willing the world to go back to honest money…and we think we can make a killing as it does.
Here are 5 charts of small miners …3 of which are featured at one or more of our sites that have been smashed in an hour or two at the very end of the day…3 today and 2 on Wednesday.
Who’s next ?? watch…I am sure this ain’t over. Please chime in here guys. Its been slow o the comments section.
I may have to beg Music Man to start thanking everyone again. ๐
OK look at this …its truly amazing …if it weren’t so painful to the portfolio.
30 minute charts…see for yourselves ( must view with our anthem playing in your headsets.
There’s Something Happening Here ! What it is ain’t exactly Clear.
Everybody please go thru your watch lists in the small miners and see if there have been others.

Where is MarcusJames at the moment–awaiting his comment…
While we wait eagle…what’s your comment ?
I generally stick with ETFs. Dark pools manipulating low float stocks to get cheaper shares? Extreme moves like this do occur right before a big move up–just a guess. However, I will be monitoring the above mentioned closely for bounce back action. A return to the mean. My opinion is the SM is ready to tank and gold is going up–just an opinion based on my sixth sense…
I guess a lot more got taken to the woodshed than I thought. Do the hedgies know more than us? Should not be surprised tho by looking at my past post of commodity yearly gains. Money giving up and chasing cobalt, coffee, lithium, sugar, perogies and plywood. Gotta wait till gold above 1367 I guess. North K rockets and increased debt don’t seem to matter, when the big event comes, we then shall know to be in this , obviously going to have to be a HUGE event to awake the sheeple. Very tiring to stay in, are we all Taurus’ and stubborn as crap??? ๐
You guys are missing the point. Someone is screwing with these stocks …because they can !
Its there in the charts….Who sells like that…kaboom more volume trades in a half hour than all week
and is all selling….
I wonder about margin selling for some poor little miner brokerage who got smoked in another market.. maybe bitcoin > ๐
OK….which one of you guys is the cretin
That’s IT…one of these mining boutique brokerages has a rogue trader who reads Goldtent…he buys our stocks and then bets on GBTC….and blows his company up
Ha
Bfore the big run up in 2016,in January, Argonaut (AR.TO) and B2 Gold (BTO.TO) both got hammered in this way – ‘because they can’ of course. Then they reversed just as violently and tripled or quadrupled into July of 2016. Lots of manipulation in the microcaps, but the large caps didn’t sell off, and there’s still lots of strength in gold and the main indexes, so at this point I don’t think it’s anything other than the typical games that get played in this sector.
silver standard did the same thing in jan 2016 at 4$
Lithium, talk about a parabolic spike. Should have known, I am stockpiling lithium batteries just in case the lights go out ๐
Maybe its NOT over

First off all, yes on the great music from the ’60s. That was a musical revolution, as I was listening intently from ’63 or so on when lightweight 3min songs ruled but there were hints of change. Hard to fathom how completely it did change in just five years. (Was it all in the Weed?) Yes, and that entire “Retrospective” album is hard to beat. (Nowadays Clancy tops this release, imo, even though FWIW gets all the recognition.)
Second … I’m still an ardent music fan … always looking for new and refreshing material to listen to. Much harder to do now. I’m glad you also noted the 70s … though I must say that as music drifted from broad spectrum AM to narrow genre FM in the 70s, a lot of rubbish took over at least on commercial radio. Floyd and King Crimson led me to Genesis, and I become a huge fan since those days (before Collins took them into pop after Hackett left in ’77 or so.) The classic lineup took rock to where its seldom been eclipsed since. That early phase wasn’t Gabriel’s it was Hackett’s. (And he’s been touring in recent years with an emphasis on that old material — do not miss if you get the chance!). (PPS — just google Genesis Evil Jam Dortmund for a taste of their really avante garde side. Try ‘Get Em Out by Friday’ for a more typical piece from that era.)
Third — back to the charts … I PM’d Fully earlier today … this may be part of the story

Earlier this week, on some HUI/GDX related posts here, I expressed the view that my charts were signaling extended trouble for the sector. I think its only in the early phases, and could run into yearend.
Yeah .. the Liverpool version really IS better.
