The short version is this ruling finally prevents Individual Federal Judges from issuing Nation wide injunctions…severely limiting the ability of the Libs to shop judges and over rule exectutive orders by nation wide injunctions

Is it possible that the ruling was just released — the video was posted yesterday (supposedly) but there is no reference as to “when” it was actually made.
I would think that IF it had been issued in 2025 — that the tent would have heard about it somewhere before now.
