We know it’s all theater, even if we don’t know the specific reasons behind particular roles. When I watched the debate last night, my first thought as Biden shuffled onto the stage then began mumbling was that the clear presentation of the bumbling old guy to the world was definitely intentional by Brandon’s handlers. The why of it isn’t clear yet, but I’m sure it will eventually be revealed.
