But, when I see something like this RAND report stating the obvious about US intentions to destroy Germany all I can see is a classic leak to pin a portion of the commentariat in place… the Escobars, Johnstones, etc. who will use this to decry capitalism and the US as the source of all evil. All I ask you is who benefits from this report coming out now? And how did it make it into the world. And why only pictures of the executive summary?
