Reported Wisconsin voter turnout in 2020 is so high that it can only be viewed as a virtual statistical impossibility. It’s 5.5 standard deviations from the mean. It’s a black swan event. You’d never expect to see it in this world. This should be immediately investigated.

Need to see these data precinct by precinct.
I bet you get high but reasonable numbers (<75%) in most areas of the state.
So when you focus on the rest, say any location over 75%, it could be dramatically higher for those precincts in isolation. Say over 100% conceivably.
Then you look at the rolls, and check the registrations.
PS … there’s a tweet from Don Jr in response to these data, so he’s aware of it.
PPS …. NC won’t update til Nov 12, so Trump can’t definitively declare a win before then if he uses NC to get over 270.

OK … others are doing precisely what I suggested … OVER 200% turnout in some Milwaukee wards.

However in the two wards with over 200% turnout, the vote was split near 50/50.
Not doubles and all for Biden.
