“Crucially, Black women detailed workplace conflicts so severe that they led to chronic depression, the use of antidepressant medications, and suicide attempts,” the report says.

The report also documents instances of Black public servants being called the N-word at work, sexual harassment and even threats of physical violence. It also raises concerns about internal complaint processes being weaponized against Black executives.

I find it hard to believe that, despite the Red Wave victory of Trump and the Republicans, the Dems and the deepstate are just going to go quietly into the night. Other than Raskin before the election and now some of the libtard talking heads on cable, the Dems have been too quiet and accepting of the reality.

It makes me wonder what tricks they may have up their sleeves? The slow walk House results may be part of it. I don’t know if there are enough undecided races that if they do something sinister with the vote counting, could end up giving them a one or two seat lead over this elongated, Monday Holiday weekend? I hope I am wrong, but if something untowards is coming, this weekend might be when it happens.
