Re your internet, what has your ISP told you about its status?
If your office is up, its not a network wide issue but more local.
Have you inquired with neighbors?
Business centers tend to be on fiber, and fairly stable and attended to.
Housing developments have underground cable, so issues are seldom a problem for long.
Telcos still depend on power poles and lower capacity copper loops to the home, aside from new construction.
T Mobile here has launched Wireless Connectivity via 5G spectrum, in selected areas where they have enough backhaul capacity and less mobile demand. I’ve heard good things about it. Wireless from the local tower. (The RF is there whether you use it or not.)
At least that’s how I understand things are in the States.
In SE Asia, I know many in outlying areas connect through wide area wireless requiring line of sight. Like the T Mobile setup but different frequencies.
Last thing of course, is to power reboot your modem/router device if you haven’t tried that.
