As expected, Gold has broken out to new ATH’s and has now reached $4,500.(close enough as of this writing) Only six US trading sessions left,(counting today’s) to reach my “symmetrical suggestion” target of $5,000 on New Years Eve. What could cause Gold to rise so sharply, in such a short period of time? Well, as I suggested in a recent post, if Silver goes bonkers(even more so than it already has, and the COMEX goes to SELL only mode, as with the Hunt brothers, Gold becomes the only game in town, and that would provide the fuel for it to rocket to $5000 (and beyond) in very short order. While ambitious for sure, not as much so, as when I first made the call. If reached, it would cap a fantastic precious metals year and present the likelihood of another outstanding, precious metals year in 2026. PS: If that happens, Silver will likely experience a sharp decline for it’s phony, paper Comex spot price, while you will find it hard to buy physical metal at those posted levels.
Iran was completely controlled. Trump already had assurances with Putin, Xi, and the leaders of the region, BEFORE he conducted the strike.
There was zero risk of escalation.
Venezuela is no different. Whatever Trump has planned for Venezuela, there will be no ground war, there will be no escalation into broader conflict, and the decision has already been made.
However, precision air strikes on cartel assets seems like a probable outcome. Trump is neutralizing Deep State assets around the globe, and South/Central American drug cartels are assets of the Deep State. They are transnational criminal organizations responsible for the drug, weapon, and human trafficking of the Western hemisphere, and their racket feeds the Deep State machine.
My guess is, that cartel drug factories and assets are going to get smoked by the US MIL via precision air strikes, and the other powerful leaders of the world have already agreed to some sort of deal with Trump and no one will interfere. Just like Iran and Syria.
I think most of the leaders/nations of the world agree with Trump that these transnational criminal organizations must be eradicated, and stability must be brought to the world.
