Canada’s two-tier justice system is rigged in favour of the criminals

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – when it comes to violent crime and human trafficking in Canada – nothing will change until the incentives change. And right now, the incentives are entirely in favour or criminality. In 2021 it was Alberta who requested the legalization of pepper spray, and the Liberal Federal government rejected it.
