Sigh. Everyone has their own opinions. But anyone who brags about how wonderful they feel after fasting for 3 days, says that everyone should make their own crackers out of ground-up nuts, says that people must never ever eat dairy products or any grains…….well I’m not taking any advice from her.
Cripes. The recipes in the back of her book are enough to make a person gag.
