Virginia has been BLOCKED from certifying the results of the 10D-1R Congressional map referendum
Time to fight this map ALL THE WAY to the top of the courts! ?
“A circuit court ruled that the redistricting referendum is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The judge is now BLOCKING certification and denying a motion to stay pending appeal. Virginia’s Dem AG plans to appeal.”
Well for once, an “unhinged” judge makes a move supporting The Right.
Didn’t think it was even possible.
There was a plebiscite, so it will be interesting to see how its unconstitutional.
It is unconstitutional because it denies representation to a wide swath of citizen. That’s called something else besides a republic or a democracy.
They knew this and want ahead anyway as they always do. Probably figured with a compromised corrupted judiciary they had nothing to worry about.
And never mind the obvious ballot cheating. Very clearly implemented just like the 202 election.
Those stupid buggers at the RNC did absolutely nothing to prevent this. Might as well shut that money laundering org down. Candidates can raise their own $$$ to run without running to big brother RNC…

The courts have upheld a fair amount of gerrymandering as well, as part of the partisan gamesmanship.
They just aren’t allowed to do it based on RACE. (recent case law)
