Clearly the limitation of eyeballs is the number of Congressmen. That is now officially the lens through which the rest of the world may look through. So this is not exactly documents being made fully public as most everyone of the 535 Congressmen would find their own names in the files. And why would they release information about themselves to the general public? They would not obviously. I can assure you there is not going to be a stampede of Congressmen to the DOJ vaults to examine the evidence or watch sick videos that are claimed to be contained therein.
What the public wants and should expect is that the entire library of documents be made available to the general public unredacted. Otherwise this is just another charade since Congressmen are just going to be working in lockstep and keeping the reveal as hidden as if it was never released at all.
