Reading the footnotes there is a link to a letter that was sent to Durham from the attorney who wrote the letter being discussed.
It lays out the timeline, and events. A road map in a sense.

I read the entire letter twice. I can not believe the letter was cited and linked.
My opinion, it lays out the entire ruse. As I said, it’s a road map for making the case for a potential conspiracy.
The letter tries to defend Brennen and Clapper.
In my mind, it does the opposite with the most recent disclosures made by the government.
