Not sure of the venue, but he either is giving a speech or just making remarks?  Last chance to affect the markets, normally, he would use this last opportunity to affect markets before the quiet period going into next week’s FED meeting.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           He usually goes against the prevailing sentiment on the odds of a cut or raise.  He might not do that because the money markets are in bad shape and he might not want to spook them.  However, given that this is his last chance to say F/U to Trump, he may hint at not being sure about next week or bringing up something unexpected to send stocks down hard for a few days.  He can always play the hero next week by cutting 1/2 or more, to rescue a collapsing market and ride off into the sunset by retiring at year end.
