Another week for the record books but what’s really revealing is to see the outperformance of spot Gold and Silver over the past 7 days, compared with GLD and SLV, which are supposed to track the spot price closely. Over time, they tend to do so, but the fact that even GLD/SLV use Futures contracts tactically has hurt their performance this week as backwardation continues. Much more in tomorrow’s GoldBuzz.
