By now, I’m sure you have noticed that our courts are not operating on the basis of Constitutional Law, but instead, British Common Law.
“Common law (also known as judicial precedent, judge-made law, or case law) is the body of law primarily developed through judicial decisions rather than statutes. Although common law may incorporate certain statutes, it is largely based on precedent—judicial rulings made in previous similar cases. The presiding judge determines which precedents to apply in deciding each new case.” (British Law)
“Common Law” is the means by which our courts have spent two centuries undermining and destroying our “Supreme Law of the Land,” the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The unelected Judicial Branch granted itself the power to “interpret” literally everything and wield unconstitutional authority over both elected branches at will.
