Do you REALLY think that Carney will withhold introduction of CBDC even if 82% of the Canadian population opposes it?? He was installed into his position by the elite to implement their agenda and CBDC is one of many globalist objectives (as preached by the WEF, UN, BIS, World Bank etc etc etc)

China has had a Digital Yaun for 5 years apparently ( who knew) and to date .16 % of Transactions in the Country are done on this CBDC network
