Similar (but as yet unclear) announcement for planes & trains in Canada as of this morning. Clearly applies to employees but whether customers are under similar mandates was clearly avoided in announcment and subsequent Q&A. Perhaps waiting for cover from US legislation (they did it so we have to do it also)………..

Florida lives off tourism. He’s already said no vax mandates public or private, and intra state travel is not within federal jurisdiction.
Probably can’t do much about it. Could be an interesting Supreme Court case eventually. Intrastate but the FAA probably has oversight?

No but they control everything regarding flying on planes. Fights on airplanes, restrictions on takeoffs etc. If they lineup with the mandate as all the other govt agencies have on this BS they can decide who fly’s and who doesn’t. We are way past any of this being a “health Matter” even if that is what they say it is.
