   A miner correction or a minor correction? Or a minor miner correction?

   Just for fun.

   Just seeking clarification – are you looking for a big or small correction in the miners? Do you have a definite target in mind for the above chart?/-

   That is like Plunger’s gold chart with false breakdown recently.

   There is also a false breakdown on the gold chart in Dec 2015 / Jan 2016, more subtle but it showed up on my pitchfork:

   Paul Coghlan would call that an inverse head and shoulders type pattern and a potential big bullish sign.

   There were patterns like this on the way down in 2013 (only inverted to this one) where gold price flushed above resistance, retested it and then took a big move down.

   I like that kind of pattern a lot but I don’t know how reliable they are because if there is no move in the expected direction it is easy to miss this patttern looking at a historical chart. It stands out only if there is a good move in the expected direction.

   The false breakout did just what it should and closed above the support for the day (actually it was an up candle).

   And the way the price accelerated off that low was beautiful, slow at first then up and up $1046, $1056, $1071, $1108, and so on!

   I do love these charts, so I am aggregating the links here. Now I better try to sstart making some money from them!
