This doesn’t work like the COVID checks, where the government borrowed money during an emergency… adding to debt…

Think of the Sovereign Wealth Fund as America’s investment account… the country builds wealth through tariffs, energy, minerals, reserves and ownership stakes in companies…

That wealth produces money… part of it is then returned to the American people as a dividend, just like a company pays its shareholders…

America makes money… Americans receive a share… then spend it inside America…
