Justice Kavanaugh filed an opinion concurring in the judgment and dissenting in part. Justice Thomas wrote a dissenting opinion, joined by Justice Gorsuch. Justices Gorsuch and Alito also wrote dissenting opinions.

Okay, with wins on the immigration side, i.e. temp status revoked, have to be in the country (not just looking at the US from Mexico), and a tight border security, you have nullified the chances at giving birth in the US to a much smaller percentage.
