There won’t be a Congressional primary in Louisiana until the Congressional map is made to be Constitutional.
Did you catch that? No “32 day rule” at the Supreme Court or state law that requires an election on a specific day, supersedes the Constitution.

Interesting possibility but it would have to be determined that many districts in multiple states were drawn up based on race.(which is likely the case in many.)
