SPLC – regarding the bank fraud, itself.

The legal ins and out of bank fraud.
Hilarious, actually.
Overview

This is a very long read, but it’s very good and absolutely devastating on the Southern Poverty Law Center. The article exposes a self-constructed ecosystem where the SPLC crowned themselves the speech police and the final arbiters of financial survival, deciding who can have a bank account or even basic web infrastructure.
This is lawfare in its most naked form. There is zero oversight and no accountability, just a self-appointed enforcement arm operating outside any democratic constraint. What you are left with is a rogue ideological operation running roughshod over people’s rights while claiming to defend them.
the commentary is endless, and witty … one example
The SPLC and its allies bootstrapped a consensus in their core community of practice, non-profits and the supply chain that funds them. I will describe the shape of that consensus without making specific claims about truths. It is: either you’re screening charitable donations for hate funding, or you are a monster. You will not attend our parties. You will not get our retweets. You will be iced out of the flow of money, because we have friends at Ford. One phone call and Open Society is closed to you. And then good luck paying your staff. We have spent our professional careers getting very good at delivering social consequences through tightly coordinated coalitions. Get with the program, or get consequenced.
I got half way through…very interesting
but too long for me
I assume the bottom line is SPLC is fooked ?
The back end started giving examples of how their network nailed particular conservatives.
(Like getting Trump debanked, off Twitter, off FB, along with so many others)
That was the section that made me appreciate what a force they’ve been.
We know that happened, but not HOW it happened and who pushed the buttons.
So it probably explains how they finally got the attention they deserved from DOJ.
It really does sound mafia like. Everyone with the middle initials SJW got involved.
