Lich noted that her lawsuit will be a “daunting undertaking” and has started a GiveSendGo campaign to “help fund the fight,” which she said will involve a $25,000 retainer and costs estimated at around $100,000.

Ironic that Give Send Go is being used to fund action against an organization that nullified the funding to the convoy (after Go Fund Me caved and returned all funds and everyone went to GSG).
I will participate as a token, however expecting justice to occur has a snowball’s chance.
At best the public might get some “discovery”.
Well — Go Fund Me did NOT return all funds to donors AND IT WAS Go Fund Me that released the names of contributors to the Cdn Government.
Give Send Go refused to acquiese despite multiple threats and they kept donors lists confidential.
The funds raised by the donations are STILL not yet released (the government has basically confiscated the funds @ +~$4 Million).
Use of these funds to pay legal fees was NOT allowed.
The abuse heaped upon Convoy leaders (ordinary citizens) participating in a legal non-violent protest was clearly abusive — and the abuse continues as the Federal Government now appeals the verdict to the Supreme Court. We are witnessing a multi-tiered justice system with ordinary citizens on the bottom tier.
It’s a gutsy move for Tamara to sue for malicious prosecution – she has been through hell and yet this is yet another service she is volunteering to provide to her fellow citizens — the public will be watching.
Unfortunately, the MSM is bought and paid for by the Liberal Government — they will not be following this legal action closely — we will need citizen reporters.
Even if the probabilities are small the principle is SUPERSIZED — I am sure that even a token contribution will be welcomed — and we should all choose what is right for our personal wealth circumstances.
Monies raised will quickly be absorbed by legal costs.
Frankly, this is no different than the convoy itself — it is a continuation of the fight for justice and to ensure that it doesn’t happen again – to anyone!
