Ask yourself, what could possibly be the motivating factor for Israel to send these systems to Germany in the middle of a HOT WAR where their cities were being attacked and citizens were dying?  Of course. there may have been contractual deadlines for delivery, but since Germany wasn’t in a conflict that required immediate delivery, the logical conclusion is that Israel didn’t want to take the chance that the systems were less than perfectly reliable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            If they were deployed in the current war, and figures later showed they were less than stellar, the value of future sales would plummet or possibly even be cancelled.  I am not a weapons expert, nor do I know how well these systems do or don’t perform, but the bottom line is why couldn’t you wait a few weeks or months and deploy them for your own defense, if there was even the slightest chance of saving your own citizens lives?                                           https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/israelis-outraged-after-govt-sent-vital-arrow-missiles-germany-mid-iran-war
