But what she fails to consider, and this is key, is that the rats will turn on each other once the money runs out from oil sales…and that day is coming. And then, those that have $ and mobility, will start leaving the country or the chain of command. All it will take is some key executions by resistance groups within the country, supplied by the CIA I am sure, and the rats will start leaving or infighting. When you make life uncomfortable for tyrants, and they lose the day to day patterns and luxuries, they start to get nervous and make mistakes. It may take awhile, but that will happen. Follow the money…or kill the money flow…it always causes change to happen.
