We are already in a depression?
One of the big Canadian Banks, the Bank of Nova Scotia published this chart.
It is a 10 year rolling forward chart, so it ends in 2015.
According to its projections, we were in the crux of a depression as of 2020.

I can tell you that my logistics background and experience would agree based on what I have been experiencing with volumes of freight dropping year after year for the last 3 years.
I specialize in the logistics of consumer goods, processed food in particular… Think Kraft Heinz, Mars foods, etc.
When food is down, it is a serious issue.

Would this decline in the volume of food shipments be enough to get the BMI of the average “useless eater” down under 25?
I’m not seeing this chart in people’s waistlines!
Hey Pedro — I resemble that comment…….
LMAO 😀
You maybe onto something… in the long run a good depression may be the solution to obesity.
Great chart!
Thanks Rob. That chart is a beauty. Very informative. Thanks
