It doesn’t matter who shows up, the real game is the IRGC. Unless someone takes down the IRGC internally, we’ll have the somewhat rational politicians agreeing for peace, and then the IRGC will say, that’s not what’s going to happen. Until IRGC capitulates or the regular Army takes the top three levels and executes or throws them in prison, there will be no lasting deals. Or the citizens get armed and shoot all the fucktard IRGC military types who are only trying to hold on to their money cache….if they were smart, they would take their ill gotten gains and flee the country. They will be driven out or killed eventually.
