OK, I can see Congress legislating to block or reverse Trump, if they manage an over ride.
I can also see SCOTUS [an ENTIRE COURT of nine judges at the top of the system] ruling against him (ruling as a majority), as with his tariffs.
BUT HTF can a single LOWER court judge EVER have this kind authority AT ALL?
Now, yes, we’ve seen the upside of single lower court judges in rulings against Biden and others.
But to be honest, it would only make sense to have this judicial dynamic when you get a PANEL of lower court judges to AGREE UNANIMOUSLY before they could take on and over rule the nation’s Chief Executive.
Agree…The system SUCKS !
It could be easily remedied
New Legislation…If a Judge is reversed 2X in a short period they should be “benched” for a period ( a Year ) and after a third reversal banned period
I remember Milei from Argentina talking about having the same issue when he took over the presidency so he shut down the judiciary. No details were provided — ie did he just fire them all OR up to a certain level etc. He was commenting that Trump needed to do the same thing or he would be tied up in lawfare for his entire term.
Don’t know if anything resulted from those comments.
It was Bukele El Salvador. He Impeached them all because he had a super majority in his Legeslature
