Shortly after Epstein’s death and destruction of the facilities on the island, I first heard it in a YT video (friend of an FBI agent – eyewitness account)  Some LEO I believe Steve Bannon was interviewing.  I couldn’t find the interview but it definitely stuck when I saw it.  Point of this post is that it may well become Conspiracy FACT.
