This panel correctly recognized executive authority under Article II to remove threats, especially when prior administrations left our borders defenseless.
While DC circuit games continue, ICE agents are finally doing their jobs without handcuffs. Every deportation flight under this authority protects American communities from cartel operatives and repeat offenders.
The real contempt should be directed at jurisdictions that still shield criminal aliens instead of cooperating with federal enforcement.
