“Neuroscientist”… give me a break! What the west categorizes as science is classed as voodoo in the east. This fool is no more a scientist than Donald Trump is a statesman.
For a comparable, look at all the great military leaders in the west who’s educational accomplishments are in the arts, for example, “political science”, topped off by a year or two at some “military academy”. Compare and contrast with Chinese and Russian military leaders who all have PHD level scientific and engineering backgrounds. Is it really a mystery why the U.S. has lost the arms race, and why she loses all the wars which she instigates? At some point we will acknowledge that our educational decline corresponds to our civilizational decline, and that our military braggadocio is an embarrassment. Leading with your chin is not a winning strategy.
