“Missing” Congresswoman Kay Granger (R-TX) who hasn’t been seen for 6 months, was found living in a dementia care facility.
She’s been in office since 1997. She’s 81 years old.
We then received a tip from a Granger constituent who shared that the Congresswoman has been residing at a local memory care and assisted living home for some time after having been found wandering lost and confused in her former Cultural District/West 7th neighborhood.
The Dallas Express team visited the facility to confirm whether Granger was residing there and to inquire about how she planned to vote on the spending bill. Upon arrival, two employees confirmed that Granger is indeed living at the facility.
However, we were not permitted to conduct an interview regarding the current spending debate in the House of Representatives and how or if Ms. Granger planned to vote.
Taylor Manziel who is the Assistant Executive Director for the senior living facility acknowledged to The Dallas Express that “This is her home.”
It remains unclear why Granger’s relatives or staff declined to disclose her condition to the public.
So she just got re-elected ? This beats Basement Biden by Multiples
OH…I see she gave her seat up and another republican was elected
Good thing because they have a 1 vote majority at the next congress

Congress is close because of RINOs. They know what’s going on, but they are bought and paid for. They would rather lose their seats than their sinecure, the latter being more profitable, and lasting longer than the former.
Keep voting them out! It’s infuriating , because time is short.
This is why there should not only be term limits there should also be maximum ages of 75 for all govt. employees from POTUS down to the janitors. Yes, that would include Trump and Biden if the law were in effect, but they can pass it now and grandfather in current employees. At least everyone elected/hired in the future would know in advance that 75 was the max. they can stay. Anyone over 75 could be a non employee advisor but not hold an actual employee position. Instead of term limits for Scotus, 75 should be the mandatory retirement age for them as well.
Gerophobia ?
Not at all, it is these people, mostly in Congress who get entrenched and have no accountability If they reach 75 it is time to let younger, new people serve.
A November 24 2024 event in DC. Was she there?
