We have a Family Restaurant in a Small Village
Fabulous place….called A Taste of Freedom Country Inn ( established 1996 )
Long story why we chose that name ..but It sure is apt now…eh ?
My only remaining roll is as Gary the Gardiner 🙂
My Step son runs it now .
He has hired some new staff lately as many in the restauraunt business left after the Lockdowns.
I introduced myself to The latest young man he hired as a server.
Step son said “He’s one of us” Loves Trump !
Then the kid ( 20 years old ) stunned me
He showed me…on his phone…a video of him in Feb 2022 Standing ..alone…on a podium..directly in front of the Parlaiment Building in Ottawa …he was making a Speach !! At the trucker freedom rally !
I about fell over…
He was busy and had to wait a table so i didnt get the details
I asked about his friends and co-workers …he said…Ya…they are ALL on board now…they “know”
I’ll get the story next time …and report back

It’s good hear to hear things like this. So many of the 20ish kids I know are too distracted with other things to pay attention to what’s going on.
Yeah, I’ll second that. 20 somethings mingle a lot and are still open to revising their perspectives. Might take a cool factor though. Their minds tend to gather in herds still.
