My ‘PS-2’ … pretty hardcore Fundamentals as we all know very well at this Forum – IMO.
And for sure: I do not like but here we are!
I like the concept of the 10, 5 and 2 year cycles.
They each weigh in, but like in my setup (LT, IT, ST) no one has any visibility into how you weigh each element to determine direction at the moment. Which is WHEN we are trading.
Someone elsewhere just posted a VLT ‘cycle’ chart by Samuel Brenner from 1875.
Missed the 1981 buy (has it as a cycle top) but otherwise interesting.
Not sure what data he had to work with, but if he did it THEN, pretty impressive.
FYI and FWIW, he says buy risk here for several years into 2026.
