CANADIAN VACCINE AUTHORIZATIONS
I am not sure but it seems that The Vaccines in Canada are Fully Authorized by Health Canada …not like in the USA where they are under an EUA so far.
Someone correct me if I am wrong…but a Search seems to imply they are simply AUTHORIZED.
It’s just like in the states, they have limited approval, or emergency authorization. Canada seems to just be using the term “approval” for what the US calls “authorization”. They’re only allowed under this special legislation.
Updated requirements for COVID-19 drug authorizations: Notice From: Health Canada Date published: March 31, 2021
The COVID-19 pandemic posed an immediate and significant risk to the health and safety of Canadians. To address the public health need in Canada, it was necessary to expedite the authorization of drugs and vaccines for COVID-19.

Here’s the original “interim order” from Sept. 2020:

Approved COVID-19 Vaccines

Under the chart on that page, all four “vaccines” are authorized under the “interim order” which corresponds, I believe, to the American EUA. So, not fully approved which I think would normally mean approved under the “Food and Drug Regulations” instead of the interim order.
