I have much personal experience with these types of petty tyrants in my professional career.
The only people who actually want this kind of CONTROL over their colleagues are miserable and twisted creeps for the most part . Most ( not all) of these types are low IQ idiots
with burr up their ass and entirely too much holier than thou attitude .
